Phillips-Europe has recently appointed Ela Czupik as general manager.
Ela Czupik brings to her new position with Phillips-Europe broad experience managing production and material flow processes with international companies. Before joining Phillips-Europe, she was employed by Rockwool International A/S, a global manufacturer of insulation products, as their operational excellence coach. During her tenure with Rockwool, Ela Czupik implemented their ROPEX program consisting of lean manufacturing, theory of constraints, operational diagnostics as well as installing the Toyota Production System throughout Rockwool’s global production sites. She was also instrumental in developing company strategy, creating unique solutions to increase market penetration, and management development. Ela’s work experience also includes supply chain manager with General Electric Industrial Solutions and logistics positions with Flint Group Polska and BASF. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Lodz along with multiple certifications and post-graduate work in logistics and Lean Six Sigma disciplines.
