The first European electric bus brand in Japan
Additionally, Karsan was awarded for its 100% electric 6-meter e-JEST model with right-hand drive version, introduced at a launch in Tokyo in December 2023. In this context, Karsan e-JEST was recognized as “Sustainable Mobility Pioneer in Japan.” Entering the Japanese market with its distributor ALTECH, Karsan became the first European electric bus manufacturer in Japan, continuing to lead the industry with its innovative and eco-friendly technologies.
