Introducing FLYNT: Redefining Light Commercial Vehicles for a sustainable future

FLYNT

A new chapter in sustainable transportation begins with the launch of FLYNT, a visionary European brand dedicated to transforming the Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) market with a completely new, purpose-built, fully electric platform.

With its mission to decarbonise transportation and meet the specific needs of European businesses, FLYNT represents a unique collaboration between Europe and China, leveraging decades of automotive expertise to deliver cutting-edge, purpose-built solutions.

As we face ambitious global sustainability targets, cooperation between Europe and China is essential. FLYNT exemplifies how cross-border collaboration can accelerate the decarbonisation of transport,” says Dr. Daniel Kirchert, founder and CEO of FLYNT. “Our fully electric platform is not a mere adaptation of traditional concepts. It represents a complete redefinition of what light commercial vehicles can and should be, meticulously designed to meet the unique needs of the European market, shaped by detailed collaboration and input from prospective customers.

The LCV segment in Europe represents over 1.5 million vehicles annually, with the majority powered by high-emission diesel engines. This segment is one of the primary contributors to CO2 emissions in the transport sector, generating over 91 million tonnes of CO2 in Europe annually – a figure that continues to grow due to the rise of e-commerce and last-mile delivery demands. FLYNT’s electric LCVs present an immediate, impactful solution to this challenge.

By uniting the strengths of European and Chinese innovation and leveraging the world’s most advanced Chinese battery and electric vehicle supply chain, we are setting new benchmarks in the LCV segment with solutions designed to lower total cost of ownership (TCO), boost operational efficiency, and drastically cut emissions,” explains Dr. Kirchert.

A Strategic Partnership: The Best of Both Worlds

At the core of FLYNT’s vision is a strategic and exclusive partnership with MiracoMotor Technology (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd., the developer and manufacturer of its electric LCVs. By combining MiracoMotor’s engineering expertise with FLYNT’s deep understanding of European market needs, the partnership sets a new standard for global cooperation in sustainable transportation. This long-term collaboration ensures trust, a shared vision, and a singular focus on delivering outstanding value to European customers.

“Operating successfully in Europe requires more than just technological excellence; it demands a robust brand and exceptional service guarantees,” says Xiao Ning, founder and CEO of MiracoMotor. “Our partnership with FLYNT demonstrates how complementary strengths – Chinese innovation and European market expertise – can create world-leading solutions.

Our collaboration with MiracoMotor is a model of trust and long-term cooperation. Together, we’ve created a product that is both technologically advanced and perfectly aligned with European customer expectations,” says Rogan Liu, founder and COO of FLYNT.

FLYNT will independently distribute its eLCVs under its own brand, ensuring a seamless customer experience through a robust sales and aftersales network. By building a one-stop sales and service ecosystem, including partnerships with local market leaders and a central parts warehouse in Europe, FLYNT can provide rapid response times and minimise downtime for its customers.

European businesses demand not only great vehicles but also outstanding support,” adds Dr. Kirchert. “Our model ensures that customers benefit from a standardised, reliable service experience, both online and offline.

Built to Perform: A New Benchmark in Electric LCVs

The first FLYNT eLCV represents a new benchmark in the LCV market, setting itself apart from retrofitted combustion engine vehicles with its fully electric, purpose- built platform. Designed to maximise efficiency, payload, and range, this vehicle offers businesses a powerful tool for reducing costs and emissions while optimising operational efficiency.

  • Maximised Space Efficiency: Offers 8.7 to 16.5 cubic meters of cargo space, achieved through an entirely new, fully electric platform, and designed to be 28% more space efficient than core competitors.
  • Exceptional Efficiency & Range: Advanced battery technology with a range of up to 500km on the top model and 20kWh/100km energy consumption. FLYNT offers three battery packs: both the entry and medium models feature advanced Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery packs, while the top model is equipped with a 100kWh Nickel Cobalt Manganese (NCM) battery pack.
  • High-Speed Charging: Supports 22kW AC and 220kW DC fast charging, along with vehicle-to-grid functionality for enhanced operational flexibility.
  • Low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): The FLYNT eLCV is designed to offer a highly competitive overall product package, addressing the cost gap typically associated with electric vehicles. Combined with lower energy expenses, significantly reduced maintenance costs, and the elimination of carbon tax liabilities, this results in a highly competitive TCO, making the transition to electric fleets economically viable for businesses. The combination of advanced technology, efficient battery packs, and reduced operational costs ensures that FLYNT’s electric vehicles provide a cost- effective, sustainable solution, enabling businesses to transition to carbon- free transportation without compromise.
  • Driver-Centred Design: Equipped with ADAS and advanced connectivity, ergonomic features, and fleet management tools to enhance safety, comfort, and operational efficiency.

“Our team at FLYNT played a major role in creating this vehicle specifically for European needs,” confirms Dr. Kirchert. “The FLYNT eLCV is engineered to provide a low total cost of ownership, unparalleled efficiency, and exceptional functionality. Customer-centricity is at the heart of our philosophy, driving everything we do.
