To mark the UEFA Men’s European Football Championship in Germany from 14 June to 14 July 2024, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is offering particularly attractive Goal promotional packages for the Caddy, ID. Buzz and Multivan for a limited time only. Compared with a Caddy Life with equivalent additional equipment, the Goal offers savings of 25 per cent, equivalent to 1,140 euros. The Goal package for the ID. Buzz Pro offers savings as high as 50 per cent.
Extensive equipment at a lower price: all football fans are looking forward to the start of the summer and hoping for some entertaining and attractive matches during the Euros with plenty of great goals. The limited Goal editions of the Caddy, ID. Buzz and Multivan also offer extremely good value for money. Design packages, partly with contrasting, black-painted exterior components, seat heating or comprehensive Light and Visibility and Assist packages are already included. The limited-edition Goal models also come with net savings of 1,140 euros or 25 per cent when compared with a Caddy Life equipped with similar optional extras. For the ID. Buzz, the Goal advantage for the additional equipment in the special-edition model is up to 2,975 euros net or 50 per cent compared with equivalent equipment in the ID. Buzz Pro, because it includes already an Assist package, the comfort package Basic and the infotainment package Basic; the Multivan offers savings of up to 1,416 euros net or 25 per cent, depending on engine.
For the Caddy Goal, this means the passenger vehicle models based on the Life version of the Caddy are already equipped with the multi-colour Digital Cockpit, Travel Assist semi-automated driving assistance and a rear view camera system. Also on board are Front and Rear Park Distance Control and Park Assist, keyless central locking and electrically adjustable, heated and folding exterior mirrors with mirror housings painted in high-contrast black. The vehicle also includes tinted rear side and rear windows, aluminium pedals, a multi-function steering wheel and gear lever in leather as well as separate seat heating for the front seats. But that’s not all! The Caddy Goal also comes with Rear Traffic Alert and lane change system, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), as well as automatic lighting control, automatic anti-dazzle interior mirror, sensor-controlled wiper operation and silver roof rails.
The Caddy Goal features rolling resistance-optimised 17-inch Colombo alloy wheels in matt black with a diamond-cut finish. A two-zone air conditioning system cools the interior as standard. In Germany, the Goal lettering adorns the steering wheel trim and the D-pillar of the Caddy so that the limited-edition design is always recognisable.
Compared with the Multivan Life, the Multivan Goal has three Assist packages that make driving even safer. These include the Light package – consisting of main-beam control, dynamic headlight range control and poor weather light – and the Basic parking package. The latter includes the rear view camera system and Park Assist. The offer is rounded off by the Advanced assist package with Adaptive Cruise Control ACC, V2X technology, Travel Assist including Emergency Assist, a lane change system with Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Traffic Alert and an exit warning system.
Other features in the Multivan Goal include aluminium-look pedals, a heated multifunction steering wheel, the multi-colour Digital Cockpit Pro, seat heating, 3-zone Climatronic, side windows made from heat protection glass (tinted in the rear), the proactive occupant protection system and extensive surround and background lighting. Visually, this special Multivan model stands out from the series-production counterpart with black 17-inch Dundrod alloy wheels and in Germany with Goal lettering on the steering wheel trim and D-pillar.
