Thomas Rosenberger (47) is the new Head of Marketing, Public Relations and Communications at Kögel. With this appointment, the Burtenbach-based trailer manufacturer is setting new accents in the orientation of its international marketing and communication strategy.
Thomas Rosenberger joins Kögel‘s marketing and communications team with immediate effect. In his function, he reports directly to the management. “We are delighted to welcome Thomas Rosenberger to Kögel. With him, we are gaining a recognised industry specialist who will use his expertise to further advance the relevance and effectiveness of Kögel’s marketing and communication activities,” emphasises Thomas Heckel, Managing Director Purchasing, Finance and Controlling on behalf of the entire Kögel management with Thomas Eschey and Massimo Dodoni.
“My aim is to give the division fresh momentum and to drive forward the orientation of marketing in line with the new corporate motto ‘Economy meets Ecology – Because we care’. Together with the extremely committed marketing and press team, we will focus even more on online communication and directly addressing the press and the public to achieve this,” explains Rosenberger. “What excites me about Kögel, apart from the dedicated colleagues, are the innovative products and their consistent focus on the requirements of sustainable goods transport. They combine economic efficiency and environmental friendliness – in the best interests of the customer,” he adds.
Before joining Kögel, the political science graduate and trained editor spent 17 years at the Stuttgart-based ETM publishing house. Of these, 10 years as editor-in-chief for renowned commercial vehicle trade magazines such as FERNFAHRER, lastauto omnibus and WERKSTATT aktuell.
